Life at Sea: Onboard Communication System
 Communication with family and friends is easy. On most ships, you can call home from the comfort of your cabin. Costs vary – but they are very reasonable. You can also email if you subscribe to the onboard wireless network, and if you keep your mobile phone, you can use that when the ship is in port and when the ship is not too far out to sea. Other than that, you can buy phone cards to call from the ports.
